Using this website you can pay Court Costs/Fees to the The Portland Municipal Court.

is the Payment Processor for The Portland Municipal Court.
Welcome to The Portland Municipal Court Website
You can pay using a valid credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) OR a
valid checking, savings, or money market account (you will need the Routing Number
and Account Number).
You will be charged a $3.45 convenience fee per $100 of payment amount in addition to your
court fines and fees for each transaction. For example, if you make a payment of $125.00 you
will be charged a convenience fee of $6.90
You will need your case
number and amount owed. If you are unsure of your case number and/or amount owed

Entering your case number and/or amount owed incorrectly can result in a delay
and/or issuance of a bench warrant.
If your case is in warrant status or you have more than
one case, STOP AND CONTACT THE COURT before proceeding. Failure to do so can result
in a delay and/or issuance of a bench warrant.
If this payment is not honored by your financial institution
for any reason, fees and fines will be reinstated, and a bench warrant may be issued.
Payments made after 4:00 pm
local time, on holidays and/or weekends will be credited the next business day.
If you do not know the options available to you, it would be in your best interest
to contact the court
making a payment online.
Please be aware that not all violations may be paid online, some will require your
appearance in court or your personal appearance in the Court Clerk’s office.
You cannot use this service for the following:
- Make a partial payment (except with a court ordered installment plan)
- Pay a fine for a person in jail
- Pay a cash bond
- Request a driving safety course
- Request deferred adjudication
- Pay a code violation/ city ordinance violation (except with a court ordered installment plan)
- Pay a state mandated surcharge
- Pay for a juvenile offense(Under the age of 17)
- Pay for an alcohol or tobacco offense if you are a minor(Under the age of 21)
Online payments are processed on a web server owned by a third party. We are not
not apply to their information collection practices.
It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made in sufficient time to
meet required deadlines. The Court is not responsible for late payments.
*Please acknowledge that you understand and agree that your payment constitutes
a plea of Nolo Contendere( No Contest) and that you are waiving your rights to counsel
and a jury trial. Your payment will result in a conviction and may be reported to
the Texas Department of Public Safety. Payment will forfeit any right to request
a driving safety class or deferred disposition for possible dismissal of your citation.
By agreeing to continue making payment I am knowingly and voluntarily waiving all
my rights to counsel and a jury trial.
